Vibrational Haircolor Experience

This workshop is a brand new experiential learning portal that invites the hairdresser to peer into and befriend the healing properties of the rainbow, and light and depth, all through deep conversation and WIGS that are encouraged to be tried on in an effort to feel the way different haircolors affect us, and those around us. Roxie has been a vivid specialist for 15 years, and the Vibrational Haircolor Wig Collection are a beautiful body of creative work where Roxie’s creative spirit is highlighted and can be shared with the group. This workshop is a magical container to learn the energetic language of haircolor, and how we can facilitate values-aligned-embodiment for ourselves in our day to day work behind the chair, and ultimately for our clients.

Hairpainting Workshop

Roxie’s signature hairpainting technique - creating highlights in the hair that are handpainted and full of nuance, is her every day pride and joy. Roxie will take you through all of the technical aspects that are required to achieve natural sparkling highlights, that range from super bright and bold, to demure and soft, all while maintaining the smooth aesthetic of looking like the sun and the natural elements lightened the hair. In this workshop you will learn how to create seamless light throughout the shape while maintaining the proportionate amount of depth, painted by hand with no chunks, bleed marks, or “too warm” pieces, leading to beautiful grow-outs for your clients, and haircolor that gets better and better with age. We will also focus on understanding the mixing process for the lightener, softly kissing the hairline while achieving bold, beautifully blended highlights straight up the root, and a well rounded understanding of the importance of saturation.
